Welcome to PaulOS3, an attempt to create a graphical operating system.
There are two main versions of PaulOS3: Standalone and Hosted
In a Standalone system, PaulOS3 has full control over the system from bootup. In this mode it is a full operating system providing all the functionality itself. (NOTE: This is not yet available)
In Hosted mode, PaulOS3 runs within an existing operating system and uses the host OS to provide basic functions like disk access. Currently supported hosts are Windows 9x/ME/NT/2K/XP and most flavours of Linux.
